HEAT PUMP CONDENSER PIPING

We provide comprehensive piping services connecting calorifiers and hot water heat pumps, encompassing all necessary instrumentation.  The type of pipe utilized in our installations is contingent on the operating pressure of the calorifier. Most commonly, we use PPR (Polypropylene Random Copolymer), CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride), and copper pipes. Each of these materials brings distinct advantages to bear in different operating conditions, ensuring that every installation we carry out is optimally configured for safety, durability, and performance

HEAT PUMP EVAPORATOR PIPING/ SOURCE PIPING

For water source heat pumps, we further extend our services to encompass source piping works. This includes drawing from chilled water return lines for the evaporator connection of the heat pumps. Our team is proficient in these specialized installations, adhering to all safety regulations and ensuring optimal performance of your heat pump system

For source piping used in water source heat pumps systems, we primarily utilize materials of either HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) or carbon steel. These materials are chosen for their durability, resilience to temperature fluctuation, and resistance to corrosion. HDPE offers the advantage of being lightweight yet robust, making it suitable for environmental conditions where flexibility and impact resistance are crucial. Carbon steel, on the other hand, is known for its incredible strength and high heat tolerance, making it ideal for applications demanding high-pressure and temperature-resistant capacity. HOT TAPPING

In addition to our piping services, we also handle all aspects of the electrical installation required for your heat pump system. This includes electrical cabling work, complete with cable trays for safe and organized routing. LINE DEVICES
